FAQS

You’ve Got Questions - We've Got Answers

WILL MY INSURANCE COVER MY VISIT?

Currently, we are not accepting any insurance. Payment for services rendered is expected at the time of service. We do accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

DO YOU OFFER FINANCING OPTIONS?

We will accept Care Credit for services over $250. You will need to check with the office about which of the plans we accept.

HOW QUICKLY CAN I GET AN APPOINTMENT

We try to get you scheduled as soon as possible, and can usually see you within one to two weeks. If we have cancellations, this may be sooner. Providing us with as much information as possible will help us determine how to schedule your visit. We cannot always accommodate specific days or times. We will work with you as much as possible to find a mutually acceptable time for your appointment.

DO YOU FILE CLAIMS OR DO PRE-CERTIFICATIONS?

Because we do not participate with any insurance plans currently, all insurance interactions will be your responsibility. That includes knowing your coverage, deductibles, out of pocket expenses, pre-authorization requirements, etc. You will need to check with your provider to see if payments to out of network providers will be reimbursed to you or not. We are happy to provide an invoice for your visit at the time of visit. Additional copies will incur a small charge.

DO YOU BILL FOR SERVICES?

We do not do any billing for services. As above, payment is due at the time of service. We will be happy to let you know ahead of time what to expect to pay. At times, your visit may take longer than anticipated, or be more complicated in terms of new issues, changes in medications, test results, etc. There is a possibility that the charge may be more if your visit runs significantly over the time scheduled.
